This is a walking tour and some of the museum has uneven floors, so please wear sensible footwear.

The tour takes place inside the museum building, so outdoor coats are not required.

The Priestgate Vaults are accessed via a steep set of stairs and are inaccessible to wheelchair users.

Projections, flashing lights and loud noises are used during the tour.

Alterations/refunds/exchanges must be completed no later than 24 hours before the start of the exhibition/event/admission/performance or your allocated exhibition/event/admission/performance time slot. All final decisions will be at the discretion of the Museums Management. Peterborough Museum & Art Gallery is under no obligation to provide refunds/exchanges in instances where the ticket holder has failed to attend at the time and date specified on their ticket. At the discretion of Museum Management refunds/exchanges may be offered if the customer failed to attend due to extenuating circumstances. Under rare circumstances, Peterborough Museum & Art Gallery reserves the right to cancel your ticket. Refunds/exchanges will be provided to all customers affected. Advance notice of cancelation will be provided to customers via email or phone, as per the details provided by the customer at the point of booking. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they have provided accurate contact information at the point of booking. Peterborough Museum & Art Gallery is not liable for any costs incurred by customers relating to travel, accommodations or other charges related to the customers visit. All refunds will be made only to the person who purchased the tickets and where possible, with the same payment method used at purchase
